The indictment was filed on22 July 1996 and the decision on the review of the same was issued on 12 July 1996. The indictee was born on15 June 1950 in Gatonde commune Ruwengeri prefecture. Before fleeing to Cameroon he was basically a History lecturer at the Rwandan University. The initial appearance was done on 19 February 1997 and he pleaded not guilty. Trial date has not been set.
