The Drafting Committee reviewed the texts of the articles of Part 9 (International Cooperation and Judicial Assistance) adopted on second reading:  article 85 to article 91 bis.  the Committee also adopted on second reading:  article 57 (Role of the Pre-Trial Chamber in relation to a unique opportunity); article 95 (Enforcement of the sentence); article 97 (Transfer of the person upon completion of sentence); and article 99 (Enforcement of fines and forfeiture measures).  Furthermore, the Committee continued its consideration of article 57 bis (Functions and powers of the Pre-Trial Chamber).
 
 

Upon adjournment of the meeting of the Working Group on Enforcement

The Working Group adopted its report (A/CONF.183/C.1/WGIC/L.11/Add.2 and Corr.1) on Part 9 (International Cooperation and Judicial Assistance).
