The Conference elected Dominica and Nepal as members of the Credential
Committe in place of Barbados and Bhutan which were not in a position to
serve in the Committee. As a result, in the composition of the Credentials
Committee is now as follows: Argentina, Chine, Cote d'Ivoire, Dominica,
Nepal, Norway, Russian Federation, United States of America and Zambia.
