Ambassador Willoughby is the acting Chief Executive of the NEPAD Secretariat. He served for about 30 years in the Nigerian Foreign Service where he specialized in African Development issues.
Ambassador Willoughby has served as a diplomat in China, Russia, Belgium, Ethiopia and France.
