Doha Meeting
Financing Development to achieve the MDGs

On 17 and 18 June, 2007 a meeting entitled 'Financing Development to achieve the MDGs' will take place in Doha, Qatar. This is a follow-up to the Informal Thematic Debate "Partnerships to achieve the Millennium Development Goals" that took place at the United Nations, New York on 27 November 2006.

The DESA Financing for Development Office and United Nations Non-Governmental Liason Service publication "The Road to Doha" features an article on the informal thematic debate of the General Assembly in the June 2007 issue.
