President Jan Kavan Meets EU Foreign and Security High Representative Javier Solana
16 September – Among the topics of the meeting were: the mandate and functioning of the International Criminal Court; the situation in Middle East; Tuesday´s negotiation of the Quartet (UN, EU, USA and Russia) and the possibilities of creating a Palestinian state according to the EU plan by 2005. Elections in Macedonia and future cooperation between the EU and the GA Presidency were also discussed.
