Today, Dr. Han presided over Plenary Meeting. At the meeting, General Assembly adopted A/56/L.81 Agenda Item 107, High-level Intergovernmental Consideration of Financing for Development. This is a resolution on the Monterrey Consensus. Speakers were Mexico, Venezuela, Denmark, Andorra, Cuba, India, Tanzania, and the Secretariat. About the 57th Session, the Secretariat said that there would be 15-minute time limit during the general debate.
Dr. Han attended a luncheon hosted by the President of the General Assembly on Conflict Prevention.

Dr. Han received a courtesy call by the Director of UNIC (Prague), Mr.
Andreas Nicklish.
