Today, Dr. Han presided over the last meeting of the Open-ended Working Group on the Question of Equitable Representation on and Increase in the Membership of the Security Council and Other Matters related to the Security Council of its 2002 session. The meeting concluded its work by adopting report to General Assembly.

Dr. Han met with the Director of the New York World Food Programme Office, Mr. Michael Usnick and he briefed on Dr. Han about the recent situation.

In the afternoon, Dr. Han met with the new Assistant Secretary-General for Political Affairs, Mr. Tuliameni Kalomoh.
