over the plenary meeting; chaired the first meeting of the Open-ended
Working Group on the Question of Equitable Representation on and Increase
in the Membership of the Security Council and Other Matters related to
the Security Council

Today, Dr. Han met with Ambassadors of Permanent Members of the Security Council to exchange views related to Security Council reform. Dr. Han also presided over the plenary meeting. Dr. Han chaired the first meeting of the Open-ended Working Group on the Question of Equitable Representation on and Increase in the Membership of the Security Council and Other Matters related to the Security Council which dealt with organizational issues for the work of working group this year.
At night, Dr. Han
attended the Opening for the World Economic Forum.
