The President today opened the second meeting of the Open-Ended Informal Consultations of the Plenary on the special session of the General Assembly to review and address the problem of HIV/AIDS in all its aspects. At the meeting he introduced the elements for a draft resolution, based on an earlier document (CRP.1), to facilitate the process of negotiating the resolution on this issue.
