The President and his Cabinet had a monthly working lunch with the Chairpersons and Secretaries of the Main Committees and of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions, as well as Under-Secretary-General Jin and the General Assembly Secretariat. The President shed light on some of the priority issues on his agenda. A summary of the issues taken up by the President during the meeting is availabe in the "Statements and Messages" page. The Chairpersons in turn briefed the President about the work of the Committees.

The President met with the Charge d'affaires of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia, Mr. Vladislav Mlanedovic. They discussed situation in Yugoslavia and the Balkan in general. The President expressed his appreciation about the reaffirmation by the Minister of Foreign Affairs that the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia would co-operate with the ICTY.
