The President today left New York for a short visit to Finland.

Prior to his leaving Mr. Holkeri gave a short interview for the Tunisian television about the growing problem of HIV/AIDS in Africa. In the interview Mr. Holkeri noted, that both the General Assembly and the Security Council have taken up the issue of HIV/AIDS, fully understanding the seriousness of the disease and the special concerns of Africa in this matter.
