Ms. Natalia A. Bocharova (Russian Federation) - Vice Chair
Ms. Natalia A. Ms. Bocharova has two higher education degrees in law and economics, and speaks two foreign languages: English and German. Currently Ms. Bocharova is a Head of Department in the Supreme Audit Institution of the Russian Federation - the Accounts Chamber of the Russian Federation.
Ms. Bocharova has extensive experience in public asset management and practice law. From 2010 to 2013, she held the post of First Deputy Head and Head of the Department of the City Property Management of Moscow. From 2005 to 2010, Ms. Bocharova worked at the Federal Agency for State Property Management, where she held numerous posts including: Deputy Head of Real Estate Management, head of the Organization of Work of the Territorial Bodies, head of the Department of Immovable and Movable Property, and head of the Department of the Treasury, Property Provision for Public Entities, and Federal Authorities and Organizations.
From 1999 to 2005, Ms. Bocharova held various positions in the Ministry of Property Relations of the Russian Federation. Since 1993 she worked as a legal adviser in the private commercial organizations, offering legal support to organizations, financial analysis of companies, optimization of contracts, domestic and foreign trade, and real estate management.
