51/13. Administrative and budgetary aspects of
the financing of the United Nations

the United Nations peacekeeping
operations
The General Assembly,
Having considered the report of the Secretary-General entitled
"Financing of the United Nations Protection Force, the United Nations
Confidence Restoration Operation in Croatia, the United Nations
Preventive Deployment Force and the United Nations Peace Forces
headquarters - Administrative and budgetary aspects of the financing
of the United Nations peacekeeping operations: financing of the
United Nations peacekeeping operations" 1/ and the related report of
the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions, 2/
1. Endorses the observations and recommendations contained in
the report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary
Questions; 2/
2. Requests the Secretary-General to develop specific measures,
including criteria and guidelines for implementing the principles
outlined in his report and to report thereon to the General Assembly
through the Advisory Committee.
