Agenda Item 135	Finacing of the International Tribunal for the Prosecution of Persons Responsible for Serious Violations of International Humanitatian Law Committed in the Territory of the Former Yugoslavia since 1991
	This item was considered during the main part of the 60 th session and subsequently, the General Assembly, in its resolution 60/243, adopted the budget for ITY for the biennium 2006-2007. (resolution 60/243). Pursuant to Security council resolution 1660(2006), a report on revised estimates resulting from the establishment of reserve judges for the financing of the ITY will be considered by the Fifth Committee at its second resumed sixtieth session.
