This morning, the plenary completed the consideration of the reports of the Second Committee.

No plenary meetings are scheduled for tomorrow, and the closing meeting for this part of the fifty-third session is scheduled for Thursday afternoon.

The Fifth Committee held a formal meeting this morning to look at the revised budget estimates on the UN Political Office in Bougainville and take action on the draft resolution on the scale of assessments, before resuming informal consultations on all outstanding issues. It is scheduled to complete by tomorrow afternoon this stage of its deliberations at the fifty-third session.
