3. Representatives are reminded to submit draft resolutions sufficiently in advance so that Member States will have adequate time to examine them. Furthermore, should a draft resolution have programme budget implications, additional time will be required by the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions and the Fifth Committee to review those implications before the draft resolution is acted upon by the General Assembly.
