Geeta Rao Gupta Geeta Rao Gupta is President of the International Center for Research on Women (ICRW), a Washington, D.C.-based organization that undertakes policy-oriented research, technical assistance, and advocacy focused on womenís economic roles, health and nutrition, the environment and natural resources, adolescent sexual health, and women's rights. Dr. Rao Gupta holds a Ph.D. in social psychology, has over twenty years of experience in research and program development, particularly in the area of womenís health, and is an international expert on HIV/AIDS issues. Dr. Rao Gupta serves on many distinguished Boards, including the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative, the Ms. Foundation, and the Moriah Fund.
