Secretary-General Kofi Annan's message on the occasion of World AIDS Day, observed 1 December, 2003


Live and Let Live — World AIDS Day Commemoration 2003,
at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine in New York. This free event will feature music, performance, and the experiences of people living with HIV from around the world in a community effort to combat HIV-related stigma and discrimination. This is expected to be the largest event to take place in the U.S. on World AIDS Day.
