core set of indicators for changing consumption and production patterns,
lead agencies have committed to developing "methodology

¹ For the one remaining indicator, "residential energy and
water use per household", the indicators on "intensity of
energy use" and "intensity of water use" can provide the
information needed through sectoral dissagregation, with the residential
sector as one component.
