Upon their arrival in Windhoek, all meeting participants are requested to register and obtain their badges at the Registration Desk located in the SAFARI HOTEL lobby. The registration desk will be open from 1:00 pm to 10:00 pm on Sunday, 8 February 2009 and from 8:00 am on Monday, 9 February 2009.
