The Inter-Agency Support Group (IASG) was established to support and promote the mandate of the UN Permanent Forum on Indigenous Issues within the United Nations system. It allows UN organizations and agencies to analyze recommendations made by the Forum with a view to facilitate comprehensive and coordinated responses to the UNPFII. This year the meeting was hosted by UNDP. Four of the UNPFII Members also attended.

El Grupo de Apoyo Inter-Agencial (IASG) fue establecido para apoyar en promover el mandato del Foro Permanente para las Cuestiones Indígenas de la ONU dentro del sistema de las Naciones Unidas. Esto permite a las organizaciones y agencias de la ONU analizar las recomendaciones elaboradas por el Foro con la visión de facilitar de forma comprensiva y coordinada respuestas al FPCI. Este año PNUD fue la agencia anfitrión de la reunión. Cuatro de los Miembros del FPCI también asistió.
