CARRERA PROFESIONAL
- 1978: Foundation together with a small number of young Amazighs of the ANCAP "Tamaynut" association in Rabat aiming at fighting for the rights of the Amazigh People who are the indigenous people of Morocco and restore their linguistic and cultural rights which are not recognized by the current Constitution.
- 1979: Active member in the Moroccan Organization for Human Rights.
- 1989-1990 : President of the Association of Young Lawyers in Rabat.
- 1988-1994: Member of the presiding committee of Moroccan organisation for the human rights
- 1994: Founding President of the First Group of Indigenous Peoples of Africa "IPACC"; Former Vice-President of the World Amazigh Conference grouping together more than 70 Amazigh associations representing the Indigenous Peoples of North Africa and Amazigh minorities immigrated to Europe and America.
- Currently: President of Tamaynut Association and of the IPACC(Indigenous Peoples African Coordinating Committee);
Member expert in the IRCAM(Royal Institute for the Amazigh culture )

A nivel nacional:
- Organization of the First Meeting on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples in Morocco;
- Participation in the first meeting between the first five Amazigh associations leading to the signature of the Amazigh Language and Culture Charter in Agadir under the slogan: Unity in Diversity (1980-1991);
- Participation in the first meeting leading to the constitution of the National Coordination Council of Amazigh Associations in 1993 which is currently grouping together 32 Amazigh associations;
- Participation in the First National Conference on Communication in Morocco in 1992;
- Participation in the Conference of the Bar Associations on Human Rights between 1982 and 1999;
- Participation in the works of Agadir University Association since 1980;

Participation as President of Tamaynut Association in the following meetings:
- The International Conference on Human Rights in Vienna, 1993;
- The sessions of the Working Group on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples in 1994, 1995, 1996, 1997, 1998 & 2000;
- The sessions of the Working Group on the Draft Declaration on the Rights of Indigenous Peoples in 1996, 1997, 1999 & 2000;
- The General Assembly held on October 8, 1994 as a representative of Indigenous Peoples in Africa on the occasion of the inauguration of the Indigenous World Decade;
- The Constitutive Assembly of the Amazigh World Conference in September 1995 (France);
- The first Amazigh General International Conference in Las Palmas in September 1997;
- The Working Group of the Commission on Human Rights on the Permanent Forum in Geneva, February 1999 & 2000;
- The two seminars on Multiculturalism in Africa in 2000 and 2001 organized respectively in Arusha (Tanzania) and in Kidal (Mali).
- The President of Tamaynut Association Hassan IDBALKASSM was elected as a Reporter President in Kidal seminar. The report on the rights of aborigine people and the rights of minorities, adopted by the two work groups, has become a reference document for the UN;
- The International Conference on the Fight against Racism in Durban 2001;
- The First and Second Session of the Permanent Forum in May 2002 and 2003;
- The seminar on Indigenous Peoples and the Administration of Justice organized by the UN and Madrid University.

- Various press articles on the Amazigh cause, human rights and the rights of Indigenous Peoples;
- Initiator of the first Amazigh cultural bulletin called "Tasafut" (torch).
- Collection in 1986 of Amazigh poems entitled "Tislite Ounzare" ( the Rain Bride), (Arc-en ciel Publication), a compilation unique of its kind;
- First collection in 1988 of Amazigh short novels "Imarain" (the Lovers);
- Collection in 1990 of the poem "Asqsi" or the Questions;
- A Booklet in 1992 on the Amazigh linguistic and cultural rights "Berbers";
- Translation in 1991 of the universal declaration of human rights and 169 convention on indigenous peoples right in Tamazight language in the framework of the activities of ANCAP, Tamaynut Association;
- "The Right to Just Trial", a book written in 1996
