PROFESSIONAL CAREER
- Commission for Sustainable Development (CSD) of South Africa. Food security in all communities is the main object of indigenous peoples who I represent on this Commission which is organized and supported by the Department of Environmental Affairs and Tourism. (2004 to 2006)
- Patron of the National Land Khoe-San African Movement (LKSAM). I am a founder member of this national movement that meets quarterly rotating between member communities. LKSAM already met in Vryburg, Kimberley, Richtersveld, Johannesburg and Bloemfontein. Our objects are food security, Khoekhoegowab language development, developing a digital indigenous knowledge systems (IKS) database and restoring Khoe-San African collective leadership and authority structures.
- Commission for the Promotion and Protection of the Rights of Cultural, Religious and Linguistic Communities (CRL Commission). The powers and functions of the CRL Commission is described in Act No. 19, 2002 in the SA Government Gazette of 30 July 2002. The objects of the Commission are stated in its long name and includes the promotion of peace and national unity. I am a part time commissioner. There are a total of 18 commissioners appointed for a five year term. (2003 to 2008)
- Project Manager, Vryburg Khoe-San Cultural Heritage Project. This project implemented by the Barendse Griqua House, Naledi, is part of the National Poverty Relief Projects of the current government of South Africa. (2002 to 2004)
- Member of the Northwest Provincial Language Committee (NWPLC) Nominated by the Barendse Griqua House as representative of the Khoe and San languages in the Northwest Province. In the process of learning our ancestral language of Khoekhoegowab. (2003-2006)
- Member of the Council of the National Khoe-San Consultative Conference (NKCC) Honorary Treasurer; Chairperson of economic empowerment portfolio committee. Facilitator of learning experiences in economic empowerment for indigenous peoples in South Africa. (2001- 2003)
- Director, Khoe-San African Revival (KAR), cc. Facilitator of learning and skills enhancement experiences for indigenous peoples in South Africa in a journey of self-discovery towards human dignity, the development of sustainable organisations; and successful management of projects, and also developing business plans and feasibility studies for future planning. Chairperson of the Economic Desk of the National Council of Khoe Chiefs of South Africa (NCKSA). A Database with contact information of Khoe-San Africans have been developed. (1999-2002)
- Chief Executive Officer, Vryburg Municipality. The Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Vryburg municipality. Facilitator of the transformation process for local government officials and Councillors in project management. Established the Vryburg Development Forum. Chairperson of Radio Vryburg, a community based organisation. (1997-1998).
- Director, Empower Africa Consultants (EAC), cc. Facilitator of learning and skills enhancement experiences for local government officials in project management, planning and control, business plans, feasibility studies, project design and appraisal in the Northern Province for the Centre of Excellence in Public Administration and Development in 1995 – 1997).
- Project Manager, Short-term training in Macroeconomic Policy Analysis (MEPA) for newly appointed officials of the Government of National Unity expected to play major roles in economic management, policy making and decision making processes. Training programs then were implemented in the nine provincial capitals, for candidates who are Ministers, Members of the Provincial Legislature, of the Reconstruction Development Program (RDP) Commission, and Strategic Management Teams. (1994-1995)
- Director, Khanya College, Cape Town. (1993 -1994). The principal of a college that provides academic support to bridge historically disadvantaged students from high school into tertiary institutions.

Skills development in proposal writing, and the development, scheduling and implementation for projects related to Small Business Development, Community Economic Development, Program Planning and Design, Research and Evaluation, Organizational Development and Management.
- President, African Association, The University of Iowa, 1990-1991. Leader of the African Organisation-bringing Africans together, keeping them together and working together for a shared vision.

OTHER ACTIVITIES
- Mobilize Khoe-San communities to access land and water for agricultural development to ensure food security and eventually eradicate poverty and hunger.
- Promote our ancestral language Khoekhoegowab or Nama in school education. Long term objectives are to have Khoekhoegowab recognized as one of South Africa's official languages with all the benefits it brings to Khoe San African communities.
- Involved in the process of conducting research on indigenous knowledge systems (IKS) within Khoe-San communities and establish a national digital library.
- Video Documentary: The Revival of Khoe-San Peoples of South Africa! Documentary on attempts by Khoesan Africans to revive their culture. (2000)
