Bangladesh

The content of this article has been implicated of recognizing the health issue only as “illnesses” and thus has overlooked the concept of “complete well being”.

Subpara. (b) of this article emphasizes on taking preventive measures but intonation of taking any remedial action is absent.

a) Provide persons with disabilities with the same range, quality and standard of free or affordable health services as provided other persons, including in the area of (add)  sexual and reproductive health [services delete].

d) to include “worth” after dignity.

 

Honduras

a) Proporcionaran a las personas con discapacidad servicios de salud a precios asequiles  y de la misma variedad y calidad que a otras personas y programas de salud publica dirigidos a la población;

Subpara (a): DELETE bracketed text.

ADD: Prevent discriminatory denial of medical treatment or food and fluids, regardless of the method of administration, necessary to preserve life based on present or predicted disability or perceived quality of life.

 

Venezuela
