NGOs wishing to make an oral intervention should notify the Secretary of the Commission by Wednesday morning or earlier. You will also have the opportunity to circulate the text of your statement at the Session. For this you will need to provide 250 copies for distribution.

The deadline for accredited NGOs to submit written statements for the forty-second session of the Commission is 16 January 2009. The Population Division would appreciate receiving a copy of your written statement. You may email it to Ms. Alice Samuel, samuela@un.org.
