For security reasons, belongings such as briefcases should not be left unattended at any time. All participants in the Conference are reminded that it is essential for them to wear their Conference passes at all times when they are in the Centre. Passes should be worn on the outermost garment in order for security and safety personnel to see them clearly. * * * * * Headsets for interpretation Participants are requested to leave the headsets on their tables - they should not be removed from the meeting rooms. * * * * * Documents Distribution The main documents distribution counter is located on the first floor of the Beijing International Convention Centre (BICC) to the right of the main entrance. Each delegation will be assigned a pigeon-hole for official conference documentation. Documents will also be made available in all conference rooms. Delegations are requested to inform the conference officers at the counter of their requirements in terms of number of copies and languages required. The cooperation of delegations is requested in keeping their requests for copies within reasonable limits. * * * * * - 15 - Distribution of documents for information purposes Participants are reminded that the pigeon holes at the Documents Distribution Counter are for official documentation only.
