Each delegation will be assigned a pigeon-hole for official conference documentation. Documents will also be made available in all conference rooms. Delegations are requested to inform the conference officers at the counter of their requirements in terms of number of copies and languages required. Transport will be available at 1.45 p.m. from the Beijing International Conference Centre (BICC) to take the delegates to Milu. * * * * * Parliamentarians' Day Some 430 Members of Parliament from over 80 countries are holding a one-day meeting today, 7 September, to exchange ideas as legislators on the issues at stake at the Conference. The event is organized by the Inter- Parliamentary Union (IPU) and held at the invitation of the National People's Congress (Parliament) of China. It will take place in the Great Hall of the People, starting at 9:30 a.m. Buses for delegates accredited to Parliamentarians' Day will leave BICC at 8.30 a.m. for the Great Hall of the People (Eastern entrance).
