About the event

UNFFS convened an expert meeting to discuss and facilitate elaboration of proposals or work plans on how major groups and other relevant stakeholders can contribute to the implementation of the United Nations Strategic Plan for Forests (UNSPF) 2017-2030 and the Forum’s Quadrennial Programme of Work (4POW) 2017-2020. In addition, the expert meeting will also elaborate inputs to the thirteenth session of
the United Nations Forum on Forests (UNFF13) on the contributions of forests to SDGs under review by the 2018 High Level Political Forum (HLPF 2018).
