UNFF Major Group Focal Points

The UNFF facilitates the creation of a focal point system made up of focal points from each of the nine major groups - Business and Industry, Children and Youth, Indigenous People, Local Authorities, Non-governmental Organizations, Scientific and Technological Communities, Small Forest Landowners / Farmers, Women, Workers and Trade Unions. This focal point system should be a fluid, flexible structure around which to major groups themselves can organize and coordinate planning and discussion on UNFF issues within and between major group networks. If you are interested in participating further within the UNFF, please contact your relevant UNFF focal point for current UNFF related activitities.

Please note that the major groups of Local Authorities and Forest Non-governmental Organizations are still involved in consultations regarding the nominations of their UNFF major group focal point.
