The President of the General Assembly declared open the High-level Dialogue on Financing for Development, held in accordance with Assembly resolutions 59/145, 59/255 and 59/293.

The Honourable Juma Ngasongwa, M.P., Minister for Industry and Trade of the United Republic of Tanzania; H.E. Mr. Yendja Yentchabre, Minister of Development, Town and Country Planning of Togo; H.E. The Honourable Neneh MacDouall-Gaye, Secretary of State for Trade, Industry and Employment of the Gambia; H.E. Mr. Rafael Correa, Minister of Economy and Finance of Ecuador; H.E. The Honourable James Smith, Minister of Finance of the Bahamas; H.E. Mr. Manuel Chang, Minister of Finance of Mozambique; H.E. Mr. Roland Pierre, Minister of Planning and External Cooperation of Haiti; and H.E. Mr. Rogatien Biaou, Minister of Foreign Affairs and African Integration of Benin.
