Abstract
The Co-Chairs opened the meeting. Co-Chair, H.E. Mr. Blas Ople, Minister of Foreign Affiars of the Philippines made an introductory statement. An interactive dialogue ensued with the participation of the above representatives. Co-Chair, Mr. Enrique Iglesias, President of the Inter-American Development Bank, summarized the discussion of the round table.
