Supplemental Background Information
The list of speakers was established by a drawing of
lots, in accordance with the customary protocol that ensures that Heads of State or
Government speak first in each session, followed by Ministers and other heads of
delegation.
Even with four extended sessions, each speaker will
have five minutes.
The four Summit Roundtables on Thursday will be

Co-Chairs are invited to inspire an interactive dialogue in a most flexible way . Upon
their discretion, co-Chairs may make brief introductory remarks to recall major issues and
may impose two-minute time limit for interventions. The co-chairs will prepare a short
written summary for distribution before the close of the conference. A note for participants is also available
Co-chairing delegations will not have an additional seat at the table.
