Seating arrangement is in alphabetical order first for governmental
delegations, followed by representatives of NGOs, business sector and IGOs.
Due to limited space in one Round Table room, number of advisers to
representatives of IGOs, NGOs, and business will be contained to one. Government
Delegations can have up to two advisors.
The Co-Chairs are invited to inspire an
interactive dialogue in a most flexible way. They may make brief introductory
remarks to recall major issues and may impose two-minute time limit for an intervention. A
note for Roundtable participants is available.
