Bureau

The CSD elected the following officers to its Bureau by acclamation:

  • Chair: Mr. Juan Mayr Maldonado (Colombia);
  • Vice-Chairs:
    • Mr. Patrick McDonnell (Ireland);
    • Mr. Zvetolyub Basmajiev (Bulgaria);
    • Mr. Choi Seok-young (Republic of Korea) - who was also elected to serve as Rapporteur;
    • Mr. Abderrahmane Mérouane (Algeria).
