Time Limits
You must file an appeal within 60 calendar days of the receipt of a UNDT or UNRWA DT judgment, or within 90 calendar days of the receipt of a decision of the Standing Committee of the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Board or a specialized agency or entity. If a judgment requires translation, the 60-day time limit starts to run from the day on which you receive the translation.
The 2012 judicial winter recess of the United Nations Appeals Tribunal commences on Monday, 24 December 2012, and ends on Friday, 4 January 2013. Time-limits falling within this period are extended until Monday, 7 January 2013.
