UN Appeals Tribunal

Judgments & Orders

Judgments are posted on the website as they are made public and released. A judgment becomes effective for the parties on the date of its issuance, and not on the date upon which its translation into the language in which the appeal was submitted becomes available.

Below are the judgments issued by the United Nations Appeals Tribunals.

A judgment should be cited as UNAT Judgment No. 2010-UNAT-three digit serial number (individual party's name). That individual party may be an appellant or respondent before UNAT. For example, 2010-UNAT-001 (Campos); and 2010-UNAT-005 (Tadonki).
