PGA john w Ashe with Ambassador Tiina IntelmannThe President of the General Assembly, H.E. Mr. John W. Ashe, met today with H.E. Ambassador Tiina Intelmann, President of the Assembly of States Parties to the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court (ICC).

The Assembly President briefly discussed the ICC Report that had recently been debated in the General Assembly. She also provided an overview of her engagement with State Parties within the framework of the Rome Statute establishing the International Criminal Court. Finally, she briefed President Ashe on the agenda for the Twelfth Session of the Assembly of States Parties to be held from 20 – 28 November 2013 in The Hague, The Netherlands.
