Ms. Dornella Seth
Ms. Dornella Seth has extensive knowledge of the United Nations System including in the Permanent Mission of Antigua to the United Nations, UNFPA, UNDESA and FAO. At the Permanent Mission to the United Nations she served in a number of areas including as representative of the 2nd and 4th Committees and on the Executive Boards of UNDP/UNFPA. At UNFPA, Ms. Seth assisted in the development of a comprehensive plan of action for the ICPD@15 process and provided support to the Task Team. She also assisted in the provision of substantive support for the preparation of RIO+20 with responsibilities for gender issues and the organization of the partnerships forum at UNDESA. She holds a Masters Degree in Public Administration from Long Island University and a Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration and Finance. Ms. Seth is a national of Antigua and Barbuda.
