President of the General Assembly meets with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Papua New Guinea
The President of the General Assembly Mr. Vuk Jeremić met today with H.E. Mr. Rimbink Pato, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Papua New Guinea.
The President presented his priorities for the 67th Session.
They discussed the President’s initiative to set up a consultative mechanism between the General Assembly and the Group of 20 (G-20).
They discussed the situation in the Pacific Islands region. The President and Minister also discussed the ways to advance the development of small and island states.
