President of the General Assembly meets with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania
The President of the General Assembly Mr. Vuk Jeremić met today with H.E. Mr. Titus Corlatean, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania.
The President presented his priorities for the 67th Session.
They discussed the President’s initiative to set up a consultative mechanism between the General Assembly and the Group of 20 (G-20). The President noted the need to hold a high-level debate for that purpose.
They exchanged views on various aspects of development, including the Millennium Development Goals, the post-2015 agenda, and the follow-up to Rio+20.* * *
