Mr. Nikola Jovanovic is the Spokesperson and Adviser to the President of the 67th Session of the United Nations General Assembly.
Before assuming his current post, he was Special Adviser to
the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Serbia in period 2011-2012.
He was previously engaged as the coordinator of legal harmonization
in the European Integration Office of the Government of the Republic of Serbia.
Mr. Jovanovic obtained a masters degree at the College of Europe (based in Bruges and Warsaw), attended PhD studies at the University Paris 10 and completed a course at the National School of Public Administration (ENA) in Paris.
He is the founder of the Belgrade based think tank Balkan Centre for Strategic Research - BALKANSTRAT as well as Editor-in-Chief of the scientific review "Journal of European Integration".
