Dragan Petrović

Mr. Dragan Petrović

Born on September 11, 1970, in Skopje, Macedonia.

In 1997 he graduated from the Faculty of Transport and Traffic Engineering of the University of Belgrade and in 2000 from the Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia.

He was posted at the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Yugoslavia in Jakarta (Republic of Indonesia) from 2000 to 2004, as Third and Second Secretary. As a First Secretary and latter Counselor, from 2005 to 2007 he was assigned at the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State Union of Serbia and Montenegro. He also served at the Embassy of the Republic of Serbia in Athens (Hellenic Republic), from 2007 to 2011, as First Counselor. From 2011 to 2012 he was appointed to the Cabinet of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Serbia.

He is married to Ana. They have a son Alex.
