How to file electronically?
Participating staff members are required to submit their statements online, using the e-filing system. Paper forms and submissions by e-mail or other means, including PDFs, are not accepted.
To access the on-line filing system, covered staff members use a personal password generated from the system and their index number. The information provided by staff is encrypted to preserve confidentiality. The financial disclosure system can be accessed online.
