Contraceptive prevalence and the unmet need for family planning are key indicators for measuring improvements in access to reproductive health. The data set, World Contraceptive Use 2016, includes country-specific estimates of these and other indicators, based on survey data available as of April 2016.
This new data set was used to generate Estimates and Projections of Family Planning Indicators 2016 , providing model-based estimates and projections of family planning indicators.
