Capacity Development and Advisory Services
Honduras
Involvement of Honduras in DPAD's capacity development activities started in 2010 with the participation in the project "Strengthening Macroeconomic and Social Policy Coherence through Integrated Macro-Micro Modelling". Capacity development activities aim at assessing the impact of existing economic and social policies, and at formulating and evaluating strategies that will help the country achieve the development goals.
The main national counterpart of DPAD in Costa Rica is the Central Bank of Honduras. DPAD collaborates closely with the United Nations Development Program country office in Honduras for administrative support.
