Report commissioned by UNEP and prepared by the Center for Clouds,
Chemistry and Climate (C4).
It is a seven-year study by 200 scientists indicating that the "Asian
Brown Cloud" reduces the amount of solar radiation reaching the ground,
leading to a drop in crop productivity, as well as trapping heat,
altering rainfall and causing deadly respiratory diseases.

of Annex I Parties, presents an overview of projections of emissions
and covers other information provided by Parties in their national communications.
