Call for abstracts for afternoon workshops

This year the conference workshops will be held after the lunch hour break each day of the conference. The Afternoon Workshop Committee is inviting proposals for the workshops:

Topics will cover nuclear arms, conventional arms, causes of conflict (including climate change)
The NGO must be of recognized national or international standing;
The abstracts and panels can be in either English or Spanish (no translation for the workshops will be provided)
Sponsoring organization must be accredited to or associated with DPI or ECOSOC
At least two other NGOs of NGO committee members must be co-sponsors
Panels should include participants for different countries and include a youth representative and a representative of a developing country
All expenses associated with the workshops are the responsibility of the sponsoring and/or co-sponsoring NGOs
