      The General Assembly,
 
      Recalling its resolutions 46/182 of 19 December 1991, 47/168 of 22
December 1992, 48/57 of 14 December 1993 and 49/139 of 20 December 1994,
 
      Taking note of the report of the Secretary-General of 14 June 1995
 
      Taking note also of Economic and Social Council resolution 1995/56 of 28
July 1995,
 
      Decides to refer further deliberations on these matters, including those
related to the Central Emergency Revolving Fund, to the Economic and Social
Council at its substantive session of 1996.
