Situation of human rights in Rwanda

Note by the Secretary-General


  In  accordance with Commission on  Human Rights resolution S-3/1 of 25 May
1994, endorsed by  the Economic and Social  Council in its decision 1994/223
of 6  June 1994,  the Secretary-General  has the  honour to transmit  to the
members of the General Assembly and the  Security Council the three  reports
which the Special  Rapporteur on the  situation of human  rights in  Rwanda,
Mr. Rene  Degni-Segui, has  prepared since  the forty-ninth  session of  the
General Assembly.
